Apartment Association of Kansas City

JGrill Consulting works with The Apartment Association of Kansas City, which was established in 1974 to serve the apartment industry alongside with the National Apartment Association and Kansas and Missouri associations. AAKC serves close to 800 members with over 106,836 multi-family units, which consist of apartment property owners, developers, managers and member communities. In addition, AAKC represents 211 Supplier Partners who provide products and services to our industry.

JGrill Consulting provides strategic public affairs, advocacy, engagement and policy consulting to AAKC on the local and regional level, as well as working and advising on state and federal issues affecting the multi-family industry.

JGrill Consulting interacts 24/7 with Association Executives, AAKC Board of Directors, AAKC Government Affairs Committee and overall membership to offer strategic value and expertise to this vital industry where constant policy movement is happening throughout the KC region, Missouri, Kansas and in Washington D.C.
